Who I am

I began my career at BCG, learned to run a P&L as a Caviar GM (acquired by DoorDash), and then pivoted into marketing. Since then, I’ve built marketing from the ground up for 20+ startups in both in-house and fractional leadership roles.

My philosophy

Great marketing is thoughtful, intentional & takes time to bring to life, which can sometimes feel at odds with a startup's fast-paced, constantly changing environment. But startups that slow down first to go fast later are the ones that win.

My training is in big-picture strategy & analytics, but I’ve lived in amorphous startups for the last decade, where trial & error, brute force effort, & perseverance are the game's name. I bring the best of these worlds together to avoid mistaking motion for progress.

My approach is to help you develop conviction in your marketing foundation by grounding the work in a deep understanding of what your customers care about, think about, and dream about and why they care about what you’re building. This foundation serves as a springboard for new channels & iterative experimentation that unlocks predictable growth.
